I reached out to these guys to install a small home theatre in my basement. Well I should say first that I reached out to 3 or 4 local companies. My project was probably smaller than most were used to installing. I chose pure image because from start to finish they treated my project as if it was a million dollar theatre. From the consultation to install and also follow up to correct small bugs. I have recommended this company to so many people. On time, on budget, friendly techs.

We had an excellent experience with Shawn and Scott from Pure Image Technologies. We just had Lutron automatic shades installed in our penthouse condo. The order and installation process was seamless and we are very happy with how they look and how quiet they are. I would highly recommend working with Pure Image Technologies!

We purchased a home with a relatively dated but complicated Control4 system. Pure Image was there to help us learn the system, and have been 100% available for any questions or technical troubleshooting. Most importantly, I’ve never been encouraged to buy “the next big thing” or invest in equipment while mine is still working. You can’t ask for more than that! Ask for Tommy- he’s the best.

Very happy with my decision to go with Pure Image to provide all the lighting, audio and video controls in my house via Crestron system. The Tech itself is awesome, everything controllable via my phone. Audio zones and the ‘away’ button which turns everything off when leaving the house! On top of the initial install and tech recommendations that they helped with, the service (now 18months later) continues to be exceptional. Anytime, I have fast response to a question or issue, which is fixed remotely or someone comes out to my house within a few hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
