Unlocking the power of automation on a grand scale!

When Boffo Developments went after a super-luxury product for their suites at The Smithe development in Yaletown, Vancouver BC – they turned to Pure Image Technology to design, supply and install a bespoke automation system for their clients to enjoy.

Pure Image worked closely with Boffo Developments as well as the site’s Electrical and Mechanical contractors to provide a system that seamlessly controls the lighting, climate, window coverings, entertainment and security systems from one easy to use interface. Pure Image selected Savant automation hardware to provide the backbone of the automation experience.

Pure Image liaised with the homeowners as they purchased their new homes, allowing them to plan their technology in a customized way, so that when they moved into their home, everything was perfectly ready to go for them.

The Savant hardware also unlocked abilities for the site’s Mechanical contractor to deliver a variety of enhancements to the HVAC system that would not have been achievable with traditional thermostats.

Pure Image also supplied and installed a variety of solutions for the building’s common areas and amenities, truly accenting the beautiful building’s architectural elements with complimenting technologies.

This project spanned four years from conception to completion and resulted in happy homeowners and happy developers. We look forward to working with Boffo Developments on their future projects!
